Until now our AI phone add-on was a Zoom story. Switchvox has always been a strong, reliable platform for busy reception teams, but it did not have an AI-driven contact centre of its own. We have closed that gap, so the same dental-specific intelligence is now available on both systems.
What has changed
In plain terms: DentalDial.AI is no longer Zoom only. We have connected it to Sangoma Switchvox, so practices running Switchvox can switch on the AI features without changing their phones, their numbers, or the way their team works day to day. Same handsets, same call flows, with an analytics layer added on top.
Why this matters if you are on Switchvox
Switchvox is one of our go-to platforms, and for good reason. It handles core telephony and call-centre reporting really well, which is exactly what a busy front desk needs. The one thing it has never offered is AI: the ability to see, at a glance, what every call was actually about, and how well it was handled.
That is the piece DentalDial.AI adds. You keep the telephony you trust, and you gain the insight that used to mean either listening back to recordings by hand or simply not knowing.
