Built for multi-site dental groups
Running IT across a group of practices is a different problem to running it in one. Every site you acquire arrives with its own server, its own broadband, its own phone system and its own way of doing things. Our job is to bring that estate under one standard, without disrupting the surgeries that depend on it day to day. We understand dentistry, the major practice management and digital imaging systems, and the compliance obligations that come with patient data — so the group's IT is one less thing to worry about as you grow.
Acquisitions and due-diligence audits
Before you take a practice on, you need to know what you are inheriting. We carry out a structured IT audit of each target site for due-diligence and planning, examining 100+ aspects of the network — from server, backups and security to broadband, cabling and digital imaging. Once a site is acquired, we move quickly to "make safe": securing the data, putting proper backups in place, and locking down the network before we plan the wider overhaul.
A standard, rolled out across the estate
We bring every practice up to the group's standard — server to cloud, Active Directory and identity, networking, phone systems and broadband — while recognising that no two practices are identical. The result is a consistent, predictable platform across the estate that is easier to support, easier to secure and easier to report on, with new acquisitions slotted into the same blueprint rather than reinvented each time.
Centralised helpdesk and service levels you can hold us to
Your sites get the same 7am–7pm helpdesk, seven days a week, with out-of-hours emergency cover, backed by service level agreements appropriate to a group. Every call is handled through our Zoom Contact Centre — recorded, summarised and analysed — and tickets flow through Flare, our chat-based ticketing system, so a group manager has visibility of what is happening across every site, not just a single practice.
Cloud, virtualisation and identity at scale
We design and run the infrastructure a corporate group relies on: virtualised and cloud-hosted servers, public and private cloud strategy across AWS and Azure, centralised Microsoft 365, and Active Directory or Entra identity managed consistently across the estate. That means staff, security policy and access can be managed centrally, and moving a clinician between sites is straightforward rather than a project.
One point of contact, clear reporting
A growing group needs a partner, not a queue. You get a single point of contact who knows your estate, regular reporting on the health and security of every site, and a roadmap for bringing each new acquisition up to standard. Book a call and we'll talk through your estate and where we'd start.
