Dental Partners is a rapidly expanding company acquiring, taking over and managing over 61 dental practices across the UK.
Industry experience
Dental IT offers Dental Partners unique industry experience, which means we understand the implications of upgrading to and integrating the Digital Imaging software and Dental Practice Management Systems across the estate.
Handling rapid and varied acquisitions
Dental IT was able to put in place a process to audit the sites for due diligence and planning purposes prior to acquisition. Once taken over, we could rapidly implement backup, "make safe" and security protocols to ensure the integrity of the data and ongoing stability of the IT infrastructure. We would then plan updates and overhauls to bring every practice's IT to the Dental Partners standard.
Implementing standards and setting benchmarks
Dental IT bring Dental Partners practices to their company standards, from the server to Active Directory and cloud services, the networking to the phone system and the broadband - whilst also recognising that every practice is different, and each present different environments and challenges.
Responding to
changing needs
Dental IT has been able to offer a prompt and adaptive response to changing needs. As COVID-19 shut down dental practices across the country, we were able to support and where required implement remote working, video conferencing, and phone systems changes promptly and effectively.
