Loan PCs, switches
and servers
When key hardware fails, we can supply a loan machine to get you up and running whilst you decide whether to repair or replace. All our loan PCs are well specified computers with fast hard drives and processors, and our loan servers have sufficient power and capacity to handle the demands of even the largest 10+ surgery practices.
When a switch or a server fails, your network is usually completely down; as such we guarantee to be onsite same day with replacement equipment.
Disaster recovery
If the worst does occur, and your server or its data are irrecoverable, we have established protocols to promptly make safe your data, and recover your IT systems from NAS or remote backup to get you back up and running. For sites that follow our advice in matters of backup, we guarantee to recover the data and have it accessible by the day following the disaster.
4G loan router
When your fixed line Internet goes down and if it is not projected to be fixed promptly, we can supply a 4G router to give your site Internet access until the connection is fixed. Speeds vary, depending on the signal strength in the area, but these can be as fast if not faster than a typical FTTC broadband connection.
