During the initial lockdown, we worked with all our customers to ensure that they could work from home safely and efficiently as required. We were able to implement secure VPN access to the work network as required.
Our Internet based phone systems have the flexibility and power to enable rapid changes to the call plan at the practice to amend phone messages and menus to accommodate the changes brought about by the Covid pandemic.
Video conferencing and consulting
For many years we have been installing AIO (all in one) PCs as standard. These have come into their own with the COVID pandemic, allowing immediate internal and customer facing video conferencing as standard.
We have been recommending, installing and configuring Microsoft 365 (previously called Office 365) for many years. Microsoft 365 has cloud based email, messaging, file sharing, collaboration and video conferencing services such as Microsoft Teams, all of which have been invaluable for remote working and social distancing in response to the COVID pandemic.
