The Dental Practice

Dental IT were involved at the planning stage of this installation, liaising with architects, builders, cabinetry suppliers, and the software company (Practiceworks), to ensure that the IT infrastructure was appropriate for this stunning new build practice.

The IT Requirements

The principal dentist, Simon Ashcroft, wanted the best IT system for this benchmark practice, and approached Dental IT Limited for his IT requirements.

The Dental IT Limited Solution

As well as a high end HP Proliant server, UPS, broadband and switch, Dental IT Limited also supplied and installed the phone system, a state of the art IP PBX, with advanced telephony features. We installed all the workstations, printers, scanners and peripherals. Dental IT Limited was able to ensure that the Kodak R4 software, the Kodak Imaging software, and the Kodak Backoffice software, was properly integrated into the network, including the backup of all clinical and critical data.

The Outcome

Simon now has a “state of the art” IT system, to match his fantastic, “state of the art” dental practice.
