Dental IT Limited is delighted to announce the immediate availability of leasing arrangements for our popular telephone systems.

Features

Our telephone systems offer the following features:

  • Call recording (to server capacity)
  • Night/Day mode
  • Voicemails (to server capacity) – handle call flows better
  • Menus – send “are you taking new NHS patients?” queries to an automated message!
  • ”Timed attendant” – lines automatically open and close, and send to voicemail at lunchtime!
  • Queuing capabilities
  • Music on hold capability, which you call install and configure!
  • Call recording
  • Hold/transfer/blind transfer
  • Voicemail to email

Investment

Costs for the typical practice for a 5 year lease would be: £265 + VAT per month. This includes:

  • Unlimited phone usage to landlines and mobiles (subject to fair usage policy - defined as no more than a 20 percent increase on typical prior usage pattern).
  • Up to 5 phones (Monthly cost would vary marginally depending on exact number of phones required)
  • Number porting (x1)
  • Cabling (all inclusive price up to 10 points). Note that this is subject to site survey; listed buildings, buildings that require extensive trunking etc may cost more. Often, practices may wish to rewire their data and phone networks at the same time, if the initial data cabling network is poor. (This can be priced up accordingly, and accommodated within the lease if required)
  • A comms cabinet and patch panel for the network, in which the telephone system will be neatly housed.
  • A Power over Ethernet switch.
  • All labour for setup, configuration and ongoing support as required.
  • All the phone and PBX hardware, routers, and cables.

The installation and setup of 2 dedicated lines for 2 dedicated Internet connections, for resilience/failover.

  • 2 x telephone lines
  • SIP Stream M setup (SDSL M + ADSL backup)
  • Routers (for SIP Stream M)
  • 2 x SIP Trunk Setup
  • All ongoing line and Internet costs.
  • Support  and maintenance for server and phones
  • 2 x TotalCare for telephone lines
  • 2 x Line rental 
  • Broadband monthly costs

Ongoing support includes:

  • Remote and onsite (where required) administration and maintenance of all phone system hardware and software
  • Remote and onsite (where required) configuration of dial plan, voicemail, extensions etc, as required.
  • Troubleshooting as required, including associated services such as BT line, the internet connection etc and liaising with 3rd parties as required.
  • Note that the support does not include recording of studio quality announcements, hold music etc, however, this can be arranged at your request.

Notes

 

  1. Installation and configuration will take approximately 3 days
  2. After the 5 year lease agreement is complete, the hardware and phone system is entirely yours.  There will still be ongoing costs for the broadband provision, telephone line rental (with associated costs i.e. TotalCare on the line if required), the call costs, IP trunks and ongoing support from us, if required.
  3. Our telephone systems will work with any telecoms provider.  You are not tied into a contract with us for your telephony provision. If you do not wish to take advantage of our unlimited calls, you can use another provider, and we will adjust the monthly cost accordingly.
